This was my first ever darkroom print. I actually took a picture off this and uploaded it hopefully soon I will be able to scan it on. The person in the image is me, my friend took this photo on an automatic 35mm camera and I used a black and white film, which I developed myself in the darkroom, did a test strip, then finally enlarged it in the darkroom and developed it into a photograph.
This was my second attempt at enlarging a negative.I love this photo but I am not very happy with how it came out. In my contact sheet it seems to be really light and really clear, which I was aiming with this. Looks like I'll have to go back into the darkroom for another hour to get it the way I want it, by adjusting the light brightness.

| This was my third attempt at enlarging a negative. This was not as strong as my first attempt but I am still happy with this as I am still learning. |
This is the contact sheet that I chose the picture from. This contact sheet is the first contact sheet I have ever developed, and it consists of all the pictures that I took on the camera. The purpose of a contact sheet is to see all the pictures that have been taken on that film and also it saves money and effort on having to print out each and every photo in the darkroom.
This image relates to my theme as you cannot identify who this person is. The person is actually me and this is my new tattoo for my little brother Kyle that was diagnosed back in 2005 with Duchenne's Muscular Dystropy.
